Mobile Phlebotomist is a convenient service where a certified and licensed phlebotomist comes to your home, workplace, or preferred location to collect blood or other lab specimens. This eliminates the need for travel and waiting rooms.
Anyone with a doctor's lab order can use our services-busy professionals, parents, elderly patients, individuals with mobility challenges, and anyone who prefers privacy and convenience.
I proudly serve Wood County and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside of Wood County.
The phlebotomy draw fee is self-pay and due upfront. Once your specimens are delivered to the laboratory you select, the testing itself is generally covered by insurance. It is the laboratory's responsibility to bill your insurance provider for the tests they run. Please be aware that AtHome Labs does not engage in the direct billing of insurance.
Most blood draws take 10-15 minutes, but we allow extra time if needed for comfort or discussion.
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when available.
"While making your appointment, simply follow the secure payment link to finalize your booking or payment at time of service.”
Indeed, you will require a medical order from a healthcare provider to proceed with our services. You may conveniently submit this order via email to athomelabs1@gmail.com prior to your scheduled appointment.
Important billing information When scheduling an at home blood test with ATHome Labs mobile appointment, you are arranging a mobile sample collection through our convenient blood draw services, provided by a company that does not participate with health insurance. Patients are required to enter a credit/debit card for the $75 in-home collection fee at the time of scheduling. Please note that in-home sample collection by AtHome Labs is not covered by health insurance and will not be submitted to your health plan. AtHome Labs Mobile does not participate with or bill Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance billing.
While the in-home sample collection will not be billed to your health plan, the laboratory tests performed by AtHome Labs will be billed as a healthcare claim to your health plan under the terms of the existing contractual agreements by the preferred laboratory.

Feel free to send me a message if you still have questions about At Home Labs blood tests or our blood draw services. I will do my best to get back to you soon! Have a blessed day!
